The publication of papers submitted to the Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Research (JOAPR) incurs an article processing fee (APC) of Rs. 14800/- for Indian Authors & $550 (US Dollar) for Authors from other countries. Authors from SAARC countries can pay in Indian Currency. The APC is payable only after the submitted paper has been accepted for publication. There is no fee for submission of the manuscript; similarly, Readers do not need to pay any fee. JOAPR is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal.

Authors from India can pay APC online by scanning the QR code. Authors from other countries can pay through Paypal, the link for which will be communicated to them.

Waiver of Article Processing Charge

The Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Research (JOAPR) does not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work. JOAPR also maintains a fund to waive the fee for authors in developing parts of the world whose universities or institutes are unable to pay or who have not received sufficient financial support from funding agencies.

APC waivers are available for papers published in the Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Research whose corresponding authors are based in nations designated by the World Bank as low-income economies on this day. A 40% discount is available for this kind of manuscript.

The authors should only make the waiver application when the paper is submitted. The decision of the Board member will be informed to the author. The decision of the Editor-in-Chief will be final and cannot be challenged.
